Donsuemor, Inc. is an American company. We have been baking madeleines in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1976. - What is the shelf-life of your products?
Our madeleines, French Almond Cakes, and Cute Cakes remain soft and moist for 14 days. Our products freeze exceptionally well for up to 6 months. - Are your products organic?
Our products are not organic. Our products are made using the finest high-quality ingredients, and are 100% natural. We source locally when possible. - Are our products kosher?
Yes, our products are certified by Kosher Los Angeles. - Should I be concerned if I have certain food allergies?
Donsuemor bakery items are manufactured in a facility that processes almonds. Our products contain wheat, eggs, butter, and may contain traces of soy. - Where can I find Donsuemor madeleines?
Our madeleines and French Almond Cakes are available in the United States and Canada. You may find them at Peets Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Nordstrom's Cafe, Whole Foods, and other fine supermarkets and national specialty coffee shop chains.
