Shipping Policy
At Donsuemor, we take as much care in shipping our products as we do in baking them. It is our desire for customers to receive a package in the best possible condition. Our products are perishable, thus, it is our priority that you receive your order in the most expeditious method. Therefore, we ship by air according to your preferred delivery method–3rd day, 2nd day, or Overnight services.
- We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm (PST) will be shipped on the next available ship day.
- Saturday delivery is available to most locations. These orders may not be placed through the web site. Please contact us at 888-420-4441 or e-mail us at remember@donsuemor.com to arrange for Saturday delivery.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2nd day or Overnight services only.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- If you require your order to arrive on a specific delivery date or would like to place a future fulfill order, please contact us at 888-420-4441 or e-mail us at remember@donsuemor.com and we will gladly accommodate your request.
